Are you the Queen of your grilling Kingdom? One of the first of the red hot grilling gals? If so, you are an official Barbee-Q-Babe! In this section, the girls honor and profile those who have distinguished themselves at the grill.

If you are the resident grilling guru in your cooking circle, or know someone who is, let us hear from you. Nominate yourself or your favorite grilling gal and you/they might become our next Barbee-Q-Babe.

Carolyn Wells – The “Queen Mother” of ‘Que
Our baseball hats are off to her for everything that she has done to promote barbecue, the barbecue cook-off circuit, and most importantly, educate people about the difference between barbecue and grilling.

Molly Stevens
The Girls applaud Molly Stevens for her passion for outdoor cooking come rain, sleet, Vermont snow or sunshine. This grilling gal spreads her barbecue gospel through Fine Cooking magazine and her growing collection of cookbooks.

Elizabeth McKee
Elizabeth McKee has to be the youngest “expert” girl at the grill. She has been entering the “Fresh-Air Barbecue Cook-Off and Feed” contest in Seattle, Washington since the tender age of 4! At age six, she won her first “honorable mention.” The girls are in awe of Elizabeth McKee’s obvious barbecue talents!

Sara Moulton
Well, everyone who is anyone knows just how accomplished Sara is! Sara Moulton is the host of the popular Food Network show, executive chef of Gourmet magazine, food correspondent for Good Morning America, cookbook author, a wife and a mother.
